Terms of Service & SMS Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Home Holiday Lighting LLC ("Home Holiday Lighting," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting our quote form, or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Home Holiday Lighting provides seasonal and permanent holiday lighting design, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage for residential customers in Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania. Requesting a free mockup or quote does not create a binding agreement; a project is confirmed once you approve a written quote and schedule your installation.

Eligibility

Our website and services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our website, submitting our quote form, or opting in to receive text messages, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

Quotes and Pricing

Mockups and quotes are provided free of charge and with no obligation. Seasonal lighting installations start at a $799 minimum, and final pricing depends on the size of your home and the scope of the work. Prices quoted are valid for the season in which they are provided.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Home Holiday Lighting. This section describes our SMS program.

Program description: We send service-related and promotional text messages, including messages about your quote request, appointment scheduling, updates on your service, and occasional promotional offers and seasonal reminders.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your request and the status of your project.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
Opt out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may also use keywords such as END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Consent: Providing consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to ensure safe, reasonable access to your property for installation, maintenance, and takedown. You represent that you are the property owner or are authorized to approve the work requested.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Holiday Lighting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
